Specifications:
  • Dimensions: 5 inches x 1.6 inches, perfectly sized for a variety of applications.
  • Design: Decal sticker with the phrase "Life is better when you're Scribbling," combining inspiration with creativity.
  • Available Colors: Black, Red, Blue, Gold, White, Silver, Beige
  • Material: High-quality vinyl, self-adhesive, water resistant and UV resistant, with a durability of 3 years in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Ideal Surfaces: Can be applied to non-porous, smooth, and clean surfaces such as windows, cars, mirrors, laptops, cups, and more.
  1. Choose the Surface: Ensure the surface is smooth, clean, and dry. Decals adhere best to non-porous surfaces like glass, metal, plastic, and smooth wood.
  2. Clean the Surface: Wipe down the surface with a clean, dry cloth to remove any dust, dirt, or oils. For extra cleaning, use rubbing alcohol and a paper towel, then let it dry completely.
  3. Position the Decal: Hold the decal up to the surface to determine the perfect position. You can use masking tape to temporarily hold the decal in place and ensure it is level and centered.
  4. Remove the Backing: Carefully peel the backing paper off the decal, starting from one edge. Be sure not to touch the adhesive side of the decal too much to avoid transferring oils from your hands.
  5. Apply the Decal: Align the decal with the surface, starting from one edge. Slowly press the decal onto the surface, smoothing it out as you go to prevent air bubbles from forming.
  6. Smooth Out the Decal: Use a credit card or squeegee to firmly press the decal onto the surface. Start from the center and work your way outward to remove any air bubbles and ensure the decal adheres completely.
  7. Remove the Transfer Tape: If your decal has transfer tape on top, gently peel it away at a sharp angle, starting from one corner. The decal should stay on the surface as you remove the tape. If any part of the decal lifts with the tape, lay the tape back down and press firmly with the credit card or squeegee again.
  8. Apply Heat (Optional): For curved surfaces or to improve adhesion, you can gently warm the decal with a hairdryer on low heat. This makes the decal more pliable and helps it conform to the surface. Use the credit card to press down the edges firmly.
  9. Final Touches: Smooth out any remaining bubbles by gently pressing them toward the edge of the decal with your fingers or the credit card. If bubbles persist, you can prick them with a small pin and smooth the area down.
Tips:
  • Take your time: Patience is key to applying a decal perfectly without bubbles or wrinkles.
  • For larger decals: Work with a partner to help keep the decal level and prevent it from sticking to itself.
  • Use masking tape: To create a hinge, place a strip of tape along the top edge of the decal to hold it in place while you peel off the backing.
  1. Apply Heat: Use a hairdryer or heat gun on a low setting to warm the decal. Hold it a few inches away from the surface, moving it around to heat the entire decal evenly. The heat softens the adhesive, making it easier to peel off.
  2. Peel Off the Decal: Starting at one edge, gently lift the decal using your fingernail or a plastic scraper (like a credit card). Slowly peel the decal away from the surface. Go slowly to avoid tearing the decal and to ensure that as much of the adhesive as possible comes off with it.
  3. Remove Any Remaining Adhesive: If adhesive residue remains, apply rubbing alcohol or an adhesive remover to a soft cloth or paper towel and gently rub the area until the adhesive dissolves. Be sure to test a small area first to ensure that the solution doesn't damage the surface.
  4. Clean the Surface: Once the decal and adhesive are removed, clean the surface with mild soap and water or a surface-appropriate cleaner to remove any remaining residue and to restore the surface to its original condition.
  5. Dry the Area: Wipe the area dry with a soft cloth or let it air dry.
Tips:
  • For glass or smooth metal surfaces: A razor blade can be used to lift the edge of the decal, but be careful not to scratch the surface.
  • For stubborn adhesive: Re-apply heat and continue rubbing with a cloth and adhesive remover until fully removed.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals: When removing decals from painted surfaces, avoid strong solvents that could damage the paint.
