Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns requested after 30 days may still be accepted, provided the item is undamaged and meets the return conditions below. Depending on the circumstances, an approved return may qualify for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unaltered
• In their original condition
• Returned in their original packaging

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Email us with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will email you a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label.

Ship Your Return: Securely package the item and use the provided shipping label to return it to us.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you within 24 hours to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges after the original item has been returned and inspected.

To request an exchange, follow the return process above and let us know which item you would like to receive instead. Once the returned item has been approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, including applicable shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Clearance items marked as final sale
