ORDERS

How can I place an order?
  • Browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.  Follow the steps to complete your purchase securely.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.  Please contact us at hello@lovetoscribble.com for assistance.
How will I know my order was successful?
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details after successful checkout.
How long does it take to process an order?
  • We process our orders within 1 business day.  If you would like to cancel your order please email us right away at hello@lovetoscribble.com.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
  • We ship across the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
What are your shipping options?
  • We offer standard shipping (3-7 days).  Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.
  • We strive to deliver your valuable items to you quickly.  For both customized and uncustomized products, we print most of the items ordered on our website when requested.  This also means we are unable to offer returns and refunds for personalized products which have been received as ordered, without any significant faults.
How can I track my order?
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its delivery.   Remember to check your spam mail.

DELIVERY

Do you offer local delivery?
  • Yes, we offer same-day local delivery for customers in Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington, DC, within a 40-mile radius of Rockville, MD 20852.
How does same-day local delivery work?
  • Place your order by 4 PM (EST) for same-day delivery.  Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day.   You will receive a text notification when the driver is en route.
What is the cost of local delivery?
  • Local delivery is available for a flat fee of $7.00, which goes directly to the driver.
How can I select local delivery?
  • At checkout, choose "Local Delivery" as your shipping option and ensure your address falls within our service area.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Personalized items are non-refundable.
How do I initiate a return?
  • Contact us at hello@lovetoscribble.com with your order number and reason for the return.  We’ll email you a prepaid return label upon approval.
When will I receive my refund?
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Do you offer exchanges?
  • Yes, we offer exchanges after the original item is returned to us. Contact us to arrange your exchange.

PRODUCTS

Are your products handmade?
  • Many of our items are handcrafted with care, offering unique designs that are exclusive to Love To Scribble.
Do you offer custom or personalized products?
  • Yes, we offer personalized options on select products. However, custom items are non-refundable.   Reach out to us at hello@lovetoscribble.com for details.
    Where are the products made?
    • Our products are designed in Rockville, MD. We do our best to manufacture materials in the USA, but it's not always feasible for a small business, so we sometimes use companies outside the USA.
    Are your products vegan?
    • We adore animals.  Every product here is vegan.
    I have received part of my order.  Where is the other stuff?
    • We partner with a number of printers and warehouses in the US.  So it’s quite possible that your order may ship in separate packages from our different facilities.
    • If part of your order arrives first and the other part is delayed, don't worry.  If it's been a week since the first delivery and you still haven't received the rest, please reach out to us and we will check on your order.
