Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  Delivery typically takes 3-8 days in USA & 6-10 Days to Canada & Mexico.

Domestic USA: $8 flat rate for orders under $50.

Canada: Economy International: $29.99 Standard International: $15.00.

Mexico: Economy International: $29.99 Standard International: $15.00.

Free Shipping (All Countries): Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

We strive to deliver your valuable items to you quickly.  For both customized and uncustomized products, we print most of the items ordered on our website when requested.  

This also means we are unable to offer returns and refunds for personalized products which have been received as ordered, without any significant faults.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its delivery.   Remember to check your spam mail.

Yes, we offer same-day local delivery for customers in Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington, DC, within a 40-mile radius of Rockville, MD 20852.

Email us to receive a special code at checkout for same day delivery. Please place your order by 4 PM (EST) for same day delivery.  We will let you know which items we have in stock and able to deliver.  Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day.   You will receive a text notification when the driver is en route.

Local delivery is free, but tips for the driver are greatly appreciated!

Local delivery cannot be selected during checkout. Please email us at hello@lovetoscribble.com to confirm if we can deliver the items you’ve ordered.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Personalized items are non-refundable.

Contact us at hello@lovetoscribble.com with your order number and reason for the return.  We’ll email you a prepaid return label upon approval.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Yes, we offer exchanges after the original item is returned to us. Contact us to arrange your exchange.

Our products are thoughtfully designed in Maryland, USA. Most of our materials are sourced and manufactured in the USA and Canada.

Yes, all our products are 100% vegan. As animal lovers, we exclusively use faux leather for crafting our notebooks.

We partner with a number of printers and warehouses in the USA.  So it’s quite possible that your order may ship in separate packages from our different facilities.

If part of your order arrives first and the other part is delayed, don't worry.  If it's been a week since the first delivery and you still haven't received the rest, please reach out to us and we will check on your order.
