Do you offer customization or personalization services?

• Absolutely! We personalize notebooks, journals, desk, and home items. Reach out to us at hello@lovetoscribble.com for details.

Where are the products made?

• Our products are designed in Rockville, MD. We do our best to manufacture in the USA, but it's not always feasible for a small business, so we sometimes use companies outside the USA.

Are your products vegan?

• We adore animals. Every product here is vegan.

I have received part of my order. Where is the other stuff?

• We partner with a number of printers and warehouses in the US.  So it’s quite possible that your order may ship in separate packages from our different facilities.
• If part of your order arrives first and the other part is delayed, don't worry. If it's been a week since the first delivery and you still haven't received the rest, please reach out to us and we will check on your order.

How long does it take to process an order?

• We process our orders within 24 hours.  If you would like to cancel your order please email us right away at hello@lovetoscribble.com

How long does shipping take?

• We strive to deliver your valuable items to you quickly. For both customized and uncustomized products, we print most of the items ordered on our website when requested.  It takes 3-5 business days to receive the product, sometimes longer for customized products.
• This also means we are unable to offer returns and refunds for personalized products which have been received as ordered, without any significant faults.

Do you offer local delivery?

• Yes! We offer same-day delivery to the MD, DC, and Northern VA areas, with our driver delivering between 9am and 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered the following morning. You will receive a text notification when the driver is en route.

Can I track my order?

• You'll always receive your tracking number and link in your shipping confirmation email from us! Remember to check your spam mail.

Do you ship internationally?

• Right now, we're just sending goodies to our US pals, but who knows, maybe one day we'll venture beyond our borders!
