Love To Scribble Shipping Policy – Delivery Information

At Love To Scribble, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our customers.  Below, you'll find detailed information about our shipping process to help you understand what to expect when shopping with us.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as Canada and Mexico.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  Delivery typically takes 3-8 days in USA & 6-10 Days to Canada & Mexico.
• Domestic USA: $8 flat rate for orders under $50.
• Canada: Economy International: $29.99 Standard International: $15.00.
• Mexico: Economy International: $29.99 Standard International: $15.00.
• Free Shipping (All Countries): Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1 business day of receipt (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
• During peak periods, processing times may be extended.  We will notify you of any significant delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.  Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Notice

• Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes.
• All packages will be shipped without a signature requirement for delivery.  Love To Scribble is not responsible for lost or stolen packages without a signature.  Signature for delivery is available for an additional fee.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@lovetoscribble.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Include your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage to expedite the resolution process.
