Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we will accept returns but only as a store credit in a form of E-Gift Card.
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or damage.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@lovetoscribble.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return authorization and email you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Shipping the Item: Use the provided return label to send the item back to us.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval through email within 24 hours after we receive the item.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of processing.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges after the original item has been returned to us.
- To initiate an exchange, please follow the return process and indicate that you wish to exchange the item.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@lovetoscribble.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Please provide your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
