Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we will accept returns but only as a store credit in a form of E-Gift Card.
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or damage.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@lovetoscribble.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return authorization and email you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Shipping the Item: Use the provided return label to send the item back to us.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval through email within 24 hours after we receive the item.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of processing.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges after the original item has been returned to us.
- To initiate an exchange, please follow the return process and indicate that you wish to exchange the item.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@lovetoscribble.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Please provide your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as Canada and Mexico.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 3-8 days in USA & 6-10 Days to Canada & Mexico.
- Domestic USA: $8 flat rate for orders under $50.
- Canada: Economy International: $29.99 Standard International: $15.00.
- Mexico: Economy International: $29.99 Standard International: $15.00.
- Free Shipping (All Countries): Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business day of receipt (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- During peak periods, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Notice
- Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes.
- All packages will be shipped without a signature requirement for delivery. Love To Scribble is not responsible for lost or stolen packages without a signature. Signature for delivery is available for an additional fee.
